Returns Policy

At Wulph Water, we are committed to delivering premium products and excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your order, our Returns Policy outlines your options.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for unopened and unused packages.

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on opened packages.


2. Timeframe

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.


4. Return Process

  • Contact our support team at info@wulph.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, a refund (for unopened packages) or exchange will be processed.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued for unopened, returned packages only.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.


6. Exclusions

  • Opened packages

  • Products returned after the 7-day window

  • Subscription bottles already consumed or partially used
