  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and include delivery within 5–7 working days to major regions in South Africa.

  • All pricing is listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and includes VAT where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing, packaging, or subscription offerings, with prior notice to subscribers.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping is included in all subscription costs.

  • Deliveries are made to major regions in South Africa only.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Refunds and Returns

  • Unopened Packages: Refunds and exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.

  • Opened Packages: For health and safety reasons, opened packages cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Customers must notify Wulph Water within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or resolution.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All branding, designs, content, and materials on this website are the property of Wulph Water and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

7. Privacy & POPI Act Compliance

  • We value your privacy and comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

  • By subscribing, you consent to Wulph Water collecting and processing your personal information for purposes of order fulfillment, delivery, billing, and communication.

  • We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or product shortages due to circumstances beyond our control.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes shall be resolved under South African jurisdiction.
